Diamond Finder provides listing-discovery and comparison information for general use. Listing data can change, may be incomplete, and may contain errors. Scores and comparisons are not appraisals, authentication, financial or investment advice, or guarantees of value or availability.
Collector Lab card records come from a community-maintained third-party catalog and may be missing or incorrect. The Collector Index is an explainable Diamond Finder editorial framework, not a market-value score. Scout's Market Outlook uses available market references and trend signals to display scenario ranges. Those ranges are estimates, not appraisals, guaranteed sale prices, investment advice, or promises of future performance.
Collection tracking and price watches
My Collection, master-set progress, purchase-cost notes, CSV import/export, and price-watch tools are organizational features. Market references can be stale, incomplete, or unavailable for a printing. Price watches are checked when you use the site and are not guaranteed background alerts or purchase opportunities. You remain responsible for verifying card identity, condition, language, variant, seller information, and current market data.
Purchases and listings
Purchases are completed on eBay and are subject to eBay's terms and the seller's listing terms. Diamond Finder does not own, inspect, authenticate, sell, ship, or accept returns for the items shown. You are responsible for reviewing each listing and seller before making a purchase.
Affiliate disclosure
Diamond Finder may receive compensation from qualifying purchases made through eligible links. This does not change the price you pay.
Pro membership and recurring billing
Features and pricing labeled as planned, preview, beta, or coming soon are descriptions of intended functionality and are not guaranteed. Checkout remains disabled until Diamond Finder is ready to accept subscriptions. When enabled, Pro is a recurring monthly subscription at the price shown before checkout. It renews automatically until canceled. Members can manage or cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
Diamond Rewards
Diamond Points are promotional loyalty points with no cash value and are not transferable. Published milestone rewards are earned once per account when the required lifetime-point threshold is reached. Lifetime points do not reset after a milestone unlock. Specific physical products may be substituted with an equivalent or better product in the same published reward tier when availability changes.
Point awards may be corrected or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, duplicate credits, fraud, abuse, account sharing, or technical errors. Physical fulfillment can require account verification, a valid eligible shipping address, and review of the reward record. eBay-purchase points remain unavailable unless Diamond Finder enables an approved verified affiliate-reward integration. Diamond Finder may pause new earning or redemption features while protecting members from incorrect balances or investigating abuse. Previously recorded legitimate ledger entries remain visible.
Support and suggestions
Support requests and feature suggestions may be stored so Diamond Finder can respond, investigate issues, and plan improvements. Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or other credentials through support or suggestion forms.
Accounts and trusted devices
A membership is for one person and may be used on no more than two trusted devices. Sharing access, approval codes, or account credentials with another person is not permitted. Diamond Finder may restrict Pro access when it detects device-limit circumvention, automated abuse, or material account sharing. Members can review and remove trusted devices from the Pro page.
Payment processing
Subscription checkout and billing management are handled by Stripe. Your purchase is also subject to the terms and policies shown during Stripe checkout. Diamond Finder does not store complete payment-card numbers.
Reward shipping
Physical reward shipping is currently limited to destinations supported by the active fulfillment program. Members are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Tracking information may be displayed in the member Reward Vault after shipment. Tax obligations, if any, remain the recipient's responsibility.
Ownership and trademarks
Diamond Finder is operated by SLHBA LLC, doing business as Bayou Standard Group. eBay, Pokémon, and LEGO names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies compatible marketplaces or products and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
