Information used by the site
Search terms you enter are sent to Diamond Finder so the site can return matching results. Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, and timestamps for security and reliability.
Pokémon card-catalog searches may be sent to TCGdex so Collector Lab can return matching card records. Card images are loaded from TCGdex asset servers, which may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.
Saved searches and My Collection
Saved searches, My Collection records, wishlist/trade status, purchase-price notes, price-watch targets, and personal market observations are stored locally in your browser on your device by default. Diamond Finder does not currently upload those browser-local collection records to its own user database. Clearing browser storage can remove them, so CSV export is available as a user-controlled backup and portability option.
Membership accounts and devices
If you sign in or use Pro membership features, Diamond Finder may process the account identifier and email address supplied by the sign-in service, subscription status, and a random trusted-device token. Trusted-device records include a general device label and last-used time. The token is stored in a secure browser cookie; payment-card numbers are not stored by Diamond Finder.
Stripe billing
When paid subscriptions are enabled, Stripe processes checkout, payment, renewal, and cancellation information under its own privacy policy. Diamond Finder receives customer and subscription identifiers and billing status so it can grant or remove Pro access.
Diamond Rewards and fulfillment
When the authenticated Diamond Rewards ledger is enabled, Diamond Finder stores your account identifier, email address, lifetime point balance, point-event history, unlocked reward milestones, and fulfillment status. If you request shipment of a physical reward, we collect the shipping name and address needed to fulfill that reward. Shipping information is used for reward fulfillment and support, not for payment-card processing.
Support and suggestions
If you submit a support request or feature suggestion, Diamond Finder stores the information you provide, including the category, message, optional email address, related account identifier when signed in, and the page connected to the request. This information is used to answer questions, investigate problems, and improve the site.
Third-party links
When you follow a link to eBay or another third-party site, that site may use cookies or other tracking technologies under its own privacy policy. Diamond Finder may receive affiliate attribution when you use an eligible outbound link.
Analytics and advertising
Diamond Finder may use Google Analytics to understand visits, page usage, searches, and outbound-link activity. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information under its own policies. We use this information to improve search quality and understand which features visitors find useful.
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to select, deliver, and measure ads. Available privacy and consent controls will be shown where required. Advertising is kept separate from Diamond Finder scores and listing rankings.
