FAQ

Scout keeps the rules simple.

Do my points reset when I unlock a reward?

No. Diamond Points are lifetime cumulative. Reaching 1,000 means you continue from 1,000 toward the next milestone.

Are eBay-purchase points live today?

No. They remain disabled until the required eBay Partner Network approval and verified transaction reconciliation are complete.

What is the Reward Vault?

Your personal record of unlocked physical rewards, fulfillment status, and available tracking information.

What if a specific Pokémon reward sells out?

Diamond Finder can substitute an equivalent or better sealed Pokémon product from the same reward tier.
